I started working full-time throughout the summer holidays from the age of nine, contributing to the cost of running the home. At sixteen I joined the forces. Nobody was coming to help me — I had to figure it out fast.
At twenty-two I set off to see the world. I've slept on dusty floors and in five-star hotels. I've cleaned toilets and run businesses. I've struggled with addiction and come out the other side. I've completed marathons. I've built things, lost things, and built again.
I have a family. I have children. I know what it means to carry real responsibility.
I'm not a therapist. I'm not a psychologist. I'm not a life coach.
I'm someone who has lived through difficult things and kept moving. That's what Standrise is built on — not theory, not qualifications, not a framework someone taught me in a classroom.
Real experience. Honest conversation. No agenda other than helping you move forward.
